Worship Every Sunday morning at 10:30 am.

Worship - that's what we do at Old Pine. It's our primary activity. We praise God. We delve into the sacred story. We gather at the font and table. In the midst of this rich interweaving of scripture and sermon, song, and prayer, the Old Pine community shares its joys and concerns in prayer and extends the hand of fellowship to all who walk through the doors. Old Pine's worship offers an opportunity to reflect quietly, to hear God's word in Scripture, sermon and song, and examine how it intersects with the world we live in. We leave in peace - refreshed, challenged perhaps, and strengthened because we have been with God and with one another.

Mission Trip Planning Meeting:  Sunday February 21, 12:15 PM

The Mission Committee would like to extend an invitation to join us as we begin the journey of discerning where the next mission trip should take us.  If you have ever considered going on a trip, please come and learn more- there is no commitment necessary at this time. For the past four years we have spent a week in Pearlington, Mississippi helping the town recover from Hurricane Katrina. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance has now closed all volunteer villages in Mississippi as the bulk of the work is now completed.

On Sunday Feb 21 at 12:15 PM we are having a Mission Trip Planning meeting in the Friends Room to determine what the focus of this year's mission trip should be.  A light lunch will be provided.  If you are able to attend, please contact the Church Office.

We Continue to Pray for Haiti.

In the aftermath of the January 12, 2010 Earth Quake that devastated Port-Au-Prince Haiti, we continue to pray for all those affected and for those who are working to alleviate the suffering.  For more information on the Presbyterian Church, (U.S.A) response or to donate to the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program please go to: www.pcusa.org/pda

"Without sharing time, and sharing it in sufficient amounts to let community take root and grow, it is impossible to share a common life with other people. When time is withheld, community withers."
